I still don't know what is going on at this gas station in Florida. What was even more confusing were the prices.

I don't think it's that confusing. In this photograph, you're selecting the button that will deliver Fruit Stripe gum directly to your gas tank.
Duh.
Is that what they mean by Flex Fuel vehicles?
All those choices, and no diesel, biodiesel, or ethanol. Fantastic.
At a few stations here in MI 87 in the same price as 89 octane. To which I say, "who buys mid grade fuel????"
I'm either cheap with the Rabbit on the 87 octane or go all out on the Corrado with 93/94.
