As you can tell we are NOT in Seminole. We found a Sushi bar near our hotel while we were in Houston. The meal that you see was a chef's seasonal special and it was DAMN good.

Sweet! Sushi is fickle stuff (i.e., it depends heavily on who's making it) but I see you've found that basic rolls are the same everywhere, and that it's almost impossible to go wrong with some sort of toro.
